How do I access my course materials?
Can I extend or defer my course end-date?
If you won't be able to finish your course in time, you may be able to extend your end date or defer your course by up to one year. Please send us an email explaining your circumstances and we will respond within five business days.
Can I make changes to my study programme?
Our courses are designed to be delivered in a series of skill clusters in order to streamline your course, but if you are particularly interested in other units on offer, you may be able to make changes to your study programme. Contact your trainer directly or send us an email explaining the changes you would like to make.
My contact details have changed. How do I update my information?
If your contact details or name has changed, please email us so we can update our records.
I would like to make a complaint. How do I proceed?
We are committed to providing a fair process for dealing with complaints, and all complaints are handled confidentially. We respond to written complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve the complaint within 1 week.
If your complaint relates only to the delivery or assessment of the unit you are studying, please refer the issue to your trainer. If you are not able to discuss the issue with your trainer, please contact our Head of Learning and Development at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the issue remains unresolved, our Head of Learning and Development will arrange independent mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, you can make a formal complaint to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) through their website.
I would like to appeal an assessment decision. How do I proceed?
All students have the right to appeal assessment decisions. To make an appeal, you will need to lodge a written Appeal Form with the Head of Training and Development. Confidentiality will be maintained throughout all aspects of the appeal process and you will receive the outcome of your appeal in writing.
